Multi-location web, commerce, and SEO

One national headquarters, eight regional front doors, and a commerce system that supports both.

Signs and Printing needed national capability, local discovery, configurable products, project proof, and quote routing to work as one system. The resulting architecture gives the headquarters and each regional property a clear responsibility without turning the network into disconnected copies.

The challenge

National capability and local demand could not share one brochure-style path.

Buyers may begin with a city, product, surface, event, installation issue, or deadline. The headquarters had to explain national production range, route quote-ready work, display real project proof, and connect visitors to the right regional team.

Commerce added another decision layer. Straightforward products can move toward purchase, while configurable displays need size, print-side, hardware, and pricing choices before checkout. The real problem was assigning one job to each part of a nine-property footprint.

The platform model

The headquarters carries the shared system; regional sites carry local responsibility.

These are not nine unrelated designs. The hub-and-spoke model shares publishing standards, capability language, proof, and growth governance while keeping market details specific.

National headquarters

Brand, production capabilities, portfolio direction, product discovery, and routing to the nearest market.

Commerce and proof

WooCommerce owns products and buying behavior; the portfolio shows the work behind higher-consideration inquiries.

Regional properties

Eight sites handle local service context, market language, nearby project support, and their own quote paths.

The buyer journey

Discovery can begin with a need, a product, a project, or a place.

National capability pages help a buyer identify the right production family. The portfolio makes scale visible. The store handles comparable products. Regional properties provide nearby context and a direct inquiry path.

At the time documented in the source project record, the headquarters narrow view still showed overflow during verification. That state is carried forward honestly as an active release gate rather than presented as completed mobile proof.

The commerce layer

A real product catalog, not a decorative shop link.

The live WooCommerce catalog contains 17 products across advertising flags, retractable displays, and accessories. Verified import records add 47 variations, giving configurable products a structured route from options to cart.

Semantic PHP supplies the catalog baseline. Dependency-free JavaScript adds instant filters, live counts, applied-filter state, sorting, and mobile filter behavior. Products, variations, category counts, native cart behavior, and checkout remain inside WooCommerce as the source of truth.

The regional network

Eight markets use shared standards without losing their local job.

The rollout supplies reusable navigation, conversion patterns, service architecture, cross-network linking, project proof, and a shared 29-asset library. Phone, service area, market language, and quote details remain specific to each property. Seattle is the fully documented regional implementation package; localization and release governance continue market by market.

Growth and verification

The deliverable is a system that can keep publishing, selling, and localizing.

National and local responsibilities are separated. Commerce uses structured product records. Project proof has a reusable home. Shared templates, assets, service routes, and internal linking reduce reinvention while keeping localization intentional.

The documented delivery confirms one headquarters and eight live regional home and contact routes, 17 live products, 47 maintained variations, the 29-asset shared library, a filterable headquarters portfolio, and a live Bitrix24 inquiry path.

The record does not support claims about rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, conversion rate, Core Web Vitals, or formal accessibility compliance. The network is live, but localization, template consistency, commerce discovery, project-detail routing, mobile QA, and cross-site release checks remain part of the active growth program.
